Aceloz Sp Tablet 10 consists of three active ingredients:

• Aceclofenac (100 mg): This ingredient is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It selectively inhibits an enzyme called cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), which is crucial for producing prostaglandins - substances that cause inflammation, pain, and fever in the body. By reducing prostaglandin synthesis, aceclofenac helps decrease pain and inflammation.
• Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (325 mg): Paracetamol changes how your body senses pain and cools down your body. It's useful in managing mild to moderate pain and reducing fever. It complements aceclofenac's anti-inflammatory action by providing additional pain relief.
• Serratiopeptidase (15 mg): Derived from a type of bacteria called Serratia marcescens, serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme. This enhances the anti-inflammatory effects of aceclofenac and promotes healing.
