Composition

Aceclofenac (100 Mg) + Thiocolchicoside (4 Mg)

Acelic Th 100/4 Mg Tablet 10 is used to relieve muscle pain, stiffness and spasm in conditions such as acute back pain, neck stiffness, ankylosing spondylitis and injuries. It is a combination medicine containing aceclofenac (an NSAID) and thiocolchicoside (a muscle relaxant).

It helps restore movement by easing painful muscle spasm. Take it with food, for the shortest time needed, in the dose, frequency and duration prescribed by your doctor. It may cause drowsiness.

Rest the affected area, apply a warm compress and do gentle stretching as advised by your doctor.

Before starting, tell your doctor if you have a stomach ulcer, or kidney, liver or heart problems, and about all other medicines, supplements or herbal products you take. Ask your doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Take care while driving, and report black stools or persistent stomach pain. Follow the prescribed dose, frequency and duration, report persistent or serious side effects, and do not stop the medicine unless your doctor advises you to do so.

It exhibits actions similar to a neurotransmitter called GABA and another substance known as glycine, which helps reduce muscle spasms and painful muscle contractions.
