Acderm Cream 10 Gm consists of two main active ingredients:

• Beclomethasone Dipropionate (0.025%): This potent corticosteroid works on your body by reducing inflammation, redness, and itching of the skin. It does this by binding to specific receptors inside your cells and altering the function of genes responsible for producing an inflammatory response.
• Clotrimazole (1%): This broad-spectrum antifungal agent helps control fungal growth.
