Ketofresh CT Cream treats inflammatory skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis, bacterial infections such as impetigo, and fungal infections including ringworm, athlete's foot, and jock itch. It is also effective for mixed infections involving both bacteria and fungi.

• Wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying the cream.
• Clean and dry the affected area of the skin.
• Apply a thin layer of the cream directly to the affected area.
• Gently massage the cream into the skin until it is fully absorbed.
• Avoid touching or scratching the treated area to prevent the spread of infection.
• If the cream comes into contact with your eyes, nose, mouth, or vagina, rinse with water immediately.

Ketofresh CT Cream contains the following components: 

• Clobetasol Propionate (0.05%): Clobetasol is a potent corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, itching, and redness associated with skin conditions. It does this by suppressing the immune response and inhibiting the release of inflammatory substances in the skin.
• Iodochlorohydroxyquinoline (1%): Iodochlorohydroxyquinoline is an antifungal and antibacterial agent. It effectively treats fungal and bacterial skin infections by disrupting the cell membranes of these microorganisms.
• Ketoconazole (2%): Ketoconazole is an antifungal medication that works by inhibiting the growth of fungi. It interferes with the synthesis of ergosterol, a key component of fungal cell membranes, leading to the death of the fungal cells.
• Tolnaftate (1%): Tolnaftate is another antifungal agent. It disrupts fungal cell membranes, inhibiting their growth and causing cell death.
• Neomycin (0.1%): It is an antibiotic that inhibits bacterial growth.

• Store the cream at room temperature (15-25ºC).
• Protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep it out of reach of children.
• Do not use the cream after the expiry date has passed.

• Keep the affected skin clean and dry. Gently wash the area with mild soap and water and pat it dry before applying the cream. Proper hygiene can help prevent further skin infections.
• Avoid using harsh soaps, detergents, or cosmetics on the treated area, as they irritate the skin. Opt for mild, hypoallergenic products.
• If your doctor recommends it, use a non-comedogenic, hypoallergenic moisturiser to hydrate the skin. Moisturised skin can often recover more effectively.
• Protect the treated skin from excessive sun exposure, as certain medications can make the skin more sensitive to UV radiation. Use sunscreen or wear protective clothing when outdoors.
• Wear loose-fitting clothing made of breathable materials like cotton to prevent friction and sweating on affected skin areas.
• A balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals can support overall skin health. Include fruits, vegetables, and foods rich in antioxidants to promote skin repair and healing.
• Refrain from scratching the treated area, as this can worsen skin conditions. If itching is severe, consult your doctor for appropriate solutions.
