Wayfenac Mr Tablet 10 may interact with the following medicines:

• Antihypertensive medicines (e.g., amlodipine, enalapril): Diclofenac may reduce the blood pressure-lowering effect of these medicines and may increase the risk of kidney-related side effects in some patients. Your doctor may monitor blood pressure and kidney function during combined use.
• Antidiabetic medicines (e.g., insulin, glimepiride): NSAIDs may occasionally affect blood glucose control in some patients. Monitoring may be required during combined use.
• Antitubercular medicines (e.g., rifampicin): Rifampicin may increase the breakdown of paracetamol and chlorzoxazone, which may reduce their effectiveness and increase the risk of liver-related side effects. Liver function monitoring or treatment adjustment may be required in some cases.
• Antiepileptic medicines (e.g., phenytoin, carbamazepine): These medicines may increase paracetamol metabolism and increase the risk of liver toxicity when used together for prolonged periods. Caution is advised during treatment.
• Blood thinner medicines (e.g., warfarin): Taking these medicines together with Wayfenac Mr Tablet 10 may increase the risk of bleeding and stomach-related complications. Your doctor may monitor you closely during treatment.
• Other NSAID medicines (e.g., aspirin, ibuprofen): Combined use may increase the risk of stomach irritation, ulcer formation, and gastrointestinal bleeding. Concurrent use is generally avoided unless specifically advised.

Wayfenac Mr Tablet 10 should be used with caution if you have:

• Stomach ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding (e.g., peptic ulcer, gastritis, bleeding disorders): Diclofenac may increase stomach irritation and raise the risk of ulcer worsening or gastrointestinal bleeding. Patients with a history of stomach ulcer may require careful monitoring, dose adjustment, or additional stomach-protective treatment during therapy. 
• Asthma: Diclofenac-containing medicines may trigger breathing difficulty, wheezing, or worsening asthma symptoms in sensitive individuals. Alternative treatment may be considered if NSAID sensitivity is present.
• Heart disease or fluid retention (e.g., hypertension, heart failure): NSAID-containing medicines may increase fluid retention and may worsen blood pressure control or heart-related symptoms in susceptible patients. Monitoring may be required during prolonged treatment.

The daily dose of Wayfenac Mr Tablet 10 should be taken exactly as prescribed by your doctor. The dosage and duration of treatment may vary depending on the severity of pain, muscle spasm, and response to treatment. Do not exceed the prescribed dose without consulting your doctor.

Taking more than the prescribed amount of Wayfenac Mr Tablet 10 may increase the risk of nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, dizziness, excessive drowsiness, liver-related side effects, or stomach bleeding. Seek immediate medical attention in case of suspected overdose.

If you miss a dose of Wayfenac Mr Tablet 10, take it as soon as you remember. If it is nearly time for your next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. Do not take extra tablets to compensate for the missed dose.
