What is loose motion?

Loose motion is usually liquid bowel movements that a variety of factors can cause. They are frequent, and they’re not usually linked to any serious health hazards. In these, they are most common after eating, although they can also occur at other times of the day. Diarrhoea is a series of loose motions that appear on many occasions during the day.  but, might be persistent and cause therapy. 3. Crohn’s disease is one of the causes of loose motion

Crohn’s disease is a chronic disorder in which the digestive system’s lining becomes inflamed. It might produce diarrhoea and sluggish bowel movements.

4. Celiac disease is one of the causes of loose motion

When people with celiac disease eat gluten, they may have loose motion. Celiac disease is a prevalent illness in which gluten ingestion causes minor intestinal inflammation. Gluten-intolerant people may develop loose motion and diarrhoea.

5. Malabsorption of bile acids

6. Thyroid hyperactivity (hyperthyroidism):

7. Chronic pancreatitis:

8. Cystic fibrosis: 

People with cystic fibrosis have mucus build up in their lungs and digestive tracts. This is a long-term condition. This can make it hard to digest, which can cause loose bowel movements or diarrhoea.

9. Dumping syndrome (rapid gastric emptying): 

Dumps happen when food moves from the stomach to the intestine too. It is very common after having weight-loss surgery. It can make you have diarrhoea and move around a lot.

Home remedies for the loose motion

In most cases, loose stools don’t need to be checked out by a doctor. But, if you have a lot of loose movements, you might become dehydrated and not get enough food. So, you can do such things to control it.
