Zenmoist Cream 50gm

Zenmoist Cream is used for managing dry, scaly, and thickened skin by moisturising, exfoliating, and softening the affected areas. It works by restoring skin hydration and supporting the removal of dead skin cells, particularly in conditions such as eczema, ichthyosis, and hyperkeratosis. The synergistic action of Urea, Lactic Acid, Propylene Glycol, and Liquid Paraffin helps retain moisture, soothe irritation, and maintain skin elasticity. This cream is ideal for areas that tend to become severely dry, such as elbows, feet, knees, and hands. It promotes a smoother skin texture by gently loosening and removing the rough outer layer of the skin, while also enhancing the skin's ability to retain moisture. 

• Urea IP (10% w/w): Urea is a natural moisturising factor that helps attract and retain water in the skin. It softens the outer layer by breaking down keratin and supporting the shedding of dead cells. Urea may help reduce flakiness and promote smoother, hydrated skin in conditions characterised by chronic dryness and scaly skin.
   
• Lactic Acid IP (10% w/w): Lactic Acid is an alpha-hydroxy acid that works as a keratolytic agent and humectant. It helps exfoliate rough, thickened skin while promoting moisture retention. Lactic acid might help improve skin texture, tone, and hydration, especially in conditions involving hardened or cracked skin.
   
• Propylene Glycol IP (10% w/w): Propylene Glycol is an effective skin conditioning agent and humectant. It may help draw moisture into the skin and enhance the absorption of other ingredients. It supports barrier repair in dry or damaged skin, helping to maintain smoothness and softness.
   
• Liquid Paraffin IP (10% w/w): Liquid Paraffin is an emollient that creates a protective layer on the skin surface, reducing water loss and improving skin hydration. It might help alleviate irritation, roughness, and scaling by softening the skin and forming a moisture-locking barrier.
   
• Other Ingredients: Cream base. 

• Help Soothe Dry And Flaky Skin: Zenmoist Cream may help manage excessive skin dryness by deeply moisturising and reducing scaling. It supports hydration and maintains skin suppleness, which is beneficial for individuals with naturally dry or environmentally stressed skin.

• Apply Zenmoist Cream on the affected area two to three times daily or as directed by your physician.
