• Unbuckle the Velcro strap and loosen the figure-of-eight lace. 
• Open the Ankle stirrup brace, insert the affected foot, and properly position the heel in its padded groove. 
• Position the dorsal lace padding and the splints on either side of the Ankle and buckle strap of the brace. 
• Now pull the figure of eight lace and fix it on the opposite side of the brace for a snug fit
