Unjha Punarnavadi Mandur Tablet is used for managing iron deficiencies and supporting liver and spleen health. It is an Ayurvedic formula. This herbal-metallic combination contains Punarnava (Boerhavia diffusa) and Mandur Bhasma, known in Ayurveda for managing lack of blood, inflammation and other related health concerns. Processed with Gou-mutra (cow urine), it is known for enhanced absorption and bioavailability, making it easier on the digestive system and potentially beneficial for liver and spleen issues.
