Unjha Medohar Guggulu Tablet is used for managing weight effectively. It is formulated with traditional Ayurvedic ingredients like Guggulu (Commiphora mukul) that help reduce excess body fat by stimulating metabolism and balancing kapha dosha. This classical herbal remedy supports the management of mild symptoms of obesity, lipomas (fatty lumps), elephantiasis and rheumatoid arthritis. • Guggulu (Commiphora Mukul): Guggulu is a resin extracted from the Commiphora mukul tree and is one of the most important ingredients in Ayurvedic medicine, particularly for managing metabolic and inflammatory conditions. It is widely known for its fat-burning (lekhana) and detoxifying (shodhana) properties. Guggulu helps support lipid metabolism, supports healthy cholesterol levels and helps in weight management by breaking down excess fat tissue.
