Tynor E 01 Medium Right Elastic Wrist Splint is used for maintaining the wrist in a functional dorsiflexion position, offering customised immobilisation for effective healing. • Confirm your wrist circumference ~6 inches from the wrist (above) to ensure the Medium size fits correctly.
• Ensure it's snug but not too compressive—your fingers and thumb should remain warm and pink.
• Place the malleable aluminium splint along the palm side of your wrist, adjusting it into a slight dorsiflexion (upward bend) position.
• This supports the injured area while allowing finger and thumb motion.
