It is known for its photo-protective properties and can help reduce the chances of tanning and early signs of sun damage. It works efficiently in combination with other sunscreen agents.
   
• Avobenzone: Avobenzone is a broad-spectrum UVA filter that helps maintain skin tone by shielding the deeper layers of the skin from long-wave UVA radiation. It supports the management of signs of photoaging, such as pigmentation and skin dullness due to sun exposure. It is usually stabilised in formulations with other agents.
   
• Oxybenzone: Oxybenzone absorbs both UVA and UVB rays and helps reduce the skin’s vulnerability to sunburn and dark patches. It minimises the penetration of UV radiation through the skin, thus assisting in overall sun protection and maintaining skin clarity over time.
