• Take one pad out of the main packet. 
• Unwrap the pad, unseal the outer packaging, then unfold the top part, and then the bottom half of the package.
• After unsealing, remove the release sheet. 
• Place the pad on the panty with the adhesive side down. 
• Once the pad is in place, fold the wings of the pad under the panty. 

How to Dispose:
