Sett Dey Basaka With Tulsi Sugar Free is used for relieving dry, spasmodic, whooping cough and respiratory tract infections. It is formulated with a blend of homoeopathic actives like Justicia Adhatoda, Drosera Rotundifolia, Stramonium, and Ocimum Sanctum (Tulsi), known to ease coughing and soothe inflamed respiratory pathways. The sugar-free formula makes it suitable for diabetic individuals. Ingredients like Mentha Piperita and Thymolum provide a cooling and antiseptic effect, while Ephedra Vulgaris may help clear bronchial congestion.
