• Install fresh AAA batteries and ensure proper battery compartment placement.
• Shake or twirl the newest turbine into place until locked—a pre‑calibrated, reusable turbine is usually provided.

• The app may calculate your “predicted” values based on demographics, or allow manual goal entry.
• Sit or stand tall, holding the device at chest level to ensure accurate airflow.
• Seal your lips tightly around the mouthpiece; don’t block with your tongue
• Exhale normally, then inhale as deeply and firmly as possible in a single breath.
• Hold your breath for 3–5 seconds (or as recommended)
• Remove the mouthpiece and exhale normally.
• Perform 3 attempts, allowing rest in between. The app automatically selects the best result.
