Otrilom S Nasal Drops are used for relieving nasal congestion, dryness, and minor nasal irritation. It helps breathe more comfortably. It is formulated with Sodium Chloride (0.65%), which works by drawing water into the nasal passages through osmosis, thinning thick mucous secretions and making them easier to clear. The drops moisturise and soothe the nasal lining, easing crusting caused by dryness and reducing discomfort from blocked sinuses due to colds or allergies. By enhancing the natural mucociliary function, Otrilom S Nasal Drops support the removal of trapped particles and mucous. 

• Sodium Chloride (0.65%): Sodium chloride, commonly known as purified salt, is the main component of Otrilom S Nasal Drops. At a gentle concentration of 0.65%, it acts as a safe saline solution for the nasal cavity. It works by drawing water into the nasal passages through osmosis, which helps thin and loosen thick mucous, making it easier to clear.
