• Boil water and let it cool. 
• Add 1 teaspoonful of powder in 200 ml (1 glass) of cooled water and stir.
• For infants and children, take 1-2 litres (5-10 glasses) over a period of 24 hours.
• For adults, take 2-4 litres (15-20 glasses) over a period of 24 hours.
• Continue it until diarrhoea is managed or dehydration is corrected.

• It is recommended to be consumed after meals.
