It is formulated with a blend of Menthol, Camphor and Eucalyptus that work together to help alleviate discomfort and promote easier breathing. The soothing vapours help clear nasal passages, reduce inflammation and provide a calming effect. These steam pods are easy to use—simply add one pod to hot water and inhale the steam for 10-15 minutes, up to three times a day.
