Nemisorb Square 10cm X 10cm Hydrocolloid Dressing 1 is used for providing protection and management of non-infected, mildly exuding wounds, such as minor burns and pressure ulcers. This sterile and highly absorbable dressing helps create a moist healing environment, which may help promote faster recovery. By stimulating the formation of granulation tissue and enhancing dermal fibroblast and collagen synthesis, Nemisorb supports natural healing processes. The dressing forms a hydrophilic gel upon contact with exudate, facilitating autolytic debridement of dry or sloughy wounds. Its waterproof PU film cover protects the wound from external contaminants, while its flexibility ensures comfort during wear, making it an ideal choice for various wound care applications.

• Prepare the wound by cleaning it and the surrounding skin as per your facility’s protocol to ensure it is free from dirt and debris.
• Open the dressing by removing one part of the paper liner to expose the adhesive surface of the dressing.
• Position the dressing over the wound site, ensuring complete coverage.
• Secure the edges by peeling off one of the blue tabs while gently smoothing down the edges of the dressing.
• Final sealing involves peeling off the second blue tab and pressing down firmly to seal the dressing securely around the wound site.
• Monitor the dressing regularly for saturation and change as needed, following standard guidelines.
