• Kanchanar: Kanchar herb helps to regulate the imbalance of hormones in the body. It may subside the kapha and pitta dosha in the body. It may also help to reduce inflammation in the body. Kanchar may help support healthy thyroid functioning. 
   
• Guggul: Guggul, a Sanskrit word meaning "protector from medical issues," is considered an effective herb due to its anti-inflammatory effect, helping in the reduction of inflammation in the body.
   
• Trikatu: The combination of Shunthi, Marika, and Pippali is known as Trikatu. Trikatu may enhance digestion and eliminate toxins from the body. It may also strengthen the reproductive system and help in weight management by reducing the frequency of food cravings. The presence of shunthi in Trikatu gives it anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties and manages pain. Consequently, Trikatu helps manage aggravated Vata Dosha, which is responsible for pain when it is increased in the body.
   
• Triphala: Triphala is prepared by mixing Haritaki, Bibhitaki, and Amalaki or Amla. These herbs may assist in managing gut bacteria and metabolism to reduce swelling and pain.  
   
• Cardamom: It may help regulate blood circulation. 
   
• Other Ingredients:  Cinnamon, Varuna, Baheda, and Tejpatra.
