Mela Act Cream 15gm

Mela Act Cream 15gm is used for managing melasma and improving overall skin appearance. It is formulated with a combination of Tranexamic Acid (10%), Kojic Acid (2%), Arbutin (1.5%), Magnesium (1%), Vitamin E (1%) and Mulberry Extract (1%). This powerful blend works to lighten dark patches, reduce signs of ageing like wrinkles and age spots and even out skin tone. The cream works by decreasing melanin production, helping to fade hyperpigmentation and promote a brighter, more youthful complexion. For best results, apply once or twice daily on affected areas and use sunscreen during the day.
