Kottakkal Ayurveda Psorakot Gel is a specialised topical solution for managing psoriasis and other inflammatory skin conditions. It contains Svetakutaja, Nimba, and Keratailam to soothe irritation, reduce inflammation, and promote skin regeneration. The gel's non-greasy formula helps relieve itching and redness, supporting the skin's natural healing process.

• Svetakutaja (Wrightia tinctoria): Svetakutaja, also known as Wrightia tinctoria, is renowned for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and skin-healing properties. It helps reduce inflammation, soothe itching, promote skin regeneration and may inhibit keratinocyte proliferation, which plays a key role in managing psoriasis symptoms.
   
• Nimba (Azadirachta indica): Nimba or Neem, is a powerful herb with antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It helps reduce redness and itching, supports skin healing and has immunomodulatory effects, which can be beneficial for conditions like psoriasis and eczema.
   
• Keratailam (Cocos nucifera): Keratailam or coconut oil, is a natural moisturiser that hydrates and nourishes the skin. It helps reduce inflammation, soothes itching and provides antimicrobial protection. The fatty acids in coconut oil support the skin barrier, which is important in managing skin conditions like psoriasis.
   
• Other Ingredients: Methylparaben sodium and Propylparaben sodium.

• Apply externally on the affected area 2-3 times a day or as directed by a physician.
