Kerala Ayurveda Anu Thailam 10 ML is used for managing respiratory health and maintaining mental clarity through the practice of Nasya. This traditional Ayurvedic medicine involves instilling herbal oils into the nostrils to help support the flow of Prana, or vital breath, and promote internal detoxification. Formulated with Kapha-balancing ingredients like Leptadenia (Jivanti), Liquorice (Yashtimadhu), Fragrant Swamp Mallow (Hrivera) and Indian Bael (Bilva), combined with goat’s milk and sesame oil, AnuThailam helps lubricate the nasal passages and clear excess mucus from the sinuses. This practice helps manage sinusitis, allergies and nasal congestion, facilitating better breathing and overall well-being.

• Yashtimadhu: Yashtimadhu helps reduce sinusitis and allergies by soothing inflammation and supporting the nasal mucosa, assisting in the relief of congestion and discomfort.
   
• Hrivera: Ideal for balancing Kapha dosha, Hrivera assists in regulating excess mucus production and clearing nasal passages, which helps in alleviating symptoms of congestion and sinus issues.

• Nasya should be done on an empty stomach in the morning after brushing and evacuating your bowels, 30 minutes before bath.
• Gently massage your face and neck with a few drops of sesame oil, avoiding the eyes.
• Place a towel over a medium-hot pan until it's slightly warm. Check the temperature and apply it over your face and neck, avoiding the eyes.
• Lie on your bed, extend your hands and legs, and keep a pillow under your head. Ensure there is not too much sunlight or wind entering the room.
• Place a container nearby to spit out excess mucus.
• Place Anu Thailam in a warm bowl of water. After a few minutes, take out the Thailam and check if it is sufficiently hot.
• Instil 1-2 drops of Thailam in each nostril while lying down, face up.
• When the medicine reaches your throat, spit out the excess mucus.
