• Unwrap the organic pad from its packaging. 
• Peel off the back strip and firmly press the pad onto the centre of your underwear.
• Secure the wings around both sides of the underwear to avoid any shifting during movement. 
• After use, carefully place the soiled pad in the disposable pouch, then peel off the adhesive strip at the top before sealing it back and disposing it in the waste bin.
