Fixderma Epifager Advance Serum 30ml

Fixderma Epifager Advance Serum 30ml is used for managing hyperpigmentation and dark spots. It works to brighten the complexion by targeting visible discolouration and pigmentation. The formulation combines powerful skin-brightening agents such as Tranexamic Acid, Kojic Acid Dipalmitate and Alpha Arbutin. These ingredients help reduce melanin production and promote an even skin tone. The presence of Niacinamide supports the skin's barrier, while Nano Curcumin and Vitamin C derivatives help neutralise oxidative stress. 

• Tranexamic Acid: Tranexamic Acid targets hyperpigmentation by reducing melanin production. It blocks the interaction between melanocytes and keratinocytes to manage dark spots and uneven tones. It also reinforces the skin barrier and calms inflammation caused by environmental stressors.
