Electral Z Combikit 1

Electral Z Combi Kit is used for managing dehydration and electrolyte imbalance. This combo kit contains sachets of Oral Rehydration Salts (ORS) and a strip of Zinc Sulphate Dispersible tablets formulated with Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Citrate, and Dextrose, which replenish lost electrolytes, restore fluid balance, and maintain proper osmolarity in the body lost due to diarrhoea, vomiting, heat exhaustion, or excessive sweating. The kit supports faster recovery by maintaining hydration and improving energy levels. It is especially useful for individuals prone to dehydration, including children, athletes, and elderly people.

Oral Rehydration Salts (ORS) Sachets:
 

• Sodium Chloride (0.52 g): It restores sodium levels lost during diarrhoea, maintaining proper fluid balance and managing dehydration.
   
• Potassium Chloride (0.3 g): It replenishes potassium, which is vital for nerve signalling, muscle function, and heart health, often lost during fluid loss.
   
• Sodium Citrate (0.58 g): It acts as a buffer to manage mild metabolic acidosis caused by diarrhoea, supporting the body’s electrolyte equilibrium.
   
• Dextrose (Anhydrous) (2.7 g): It provides a source of energy and enhances the absorption of sodium and water in the intestines, improving rehydration efficiency.
   

Zinc Sulphate Dispersible Tablets:
 

• Elemental Zinc (20 mg per tablet): It supports immune system function, helps reduce the duration and severity of diarrhoea, and helps in repairing the intestinal lining.

• For Rehydration: The combination of electrolytes and Zinc Sulphate helps restore lost fluids and minerals due to dehydration from conditions like diarrhoea, vomiting or heatstroke. This is crucial for restoring normal body functions and managing dehydration-related complications.
