Dermex Cream 75 GM is used for managing dry, rough or damaged skin by providing intense hydration and forming a protective barrier against environmental factors like dust and pollution. It is formulated with lactic acid, liquid paraffin, propylene glycol and urea, which work together to soften, moisturise and protect the skin. Lactic acid helps retain moisture and smoothens the skin, while paraffin acts as a barrier to lock in hydration. Propylene glycol moisturises and conditions the skin, while urea helps to break down dry, hardened skin and reduce moisture loss. Dermex Cream is ideal for use in conditions like eczema, psoriasis and general skin dryness, offering relief and improving skin texture. Use under medical supervision for optimal results.

• Lactic Acid (10%): A natural humectant, lactic acid helps manage damaged skin by attracting moisture to the skin’s surface, making it softer and smoother. It also gently exfoliates, helping to remove dead skin cells and improve skin texture.
