Dermasoft Cream is used for moisturising and soothing the skin. It helps moisturise and soothe dry, flaky and irritated skin. It combines the emollient benefits of Light Liquid Paraffin and White Soft Paraffin, which work together to hydrate the skin and restore its barrier function. The formulation supports the management of chronic skin conditions such as eczema, pruritus, and ichthyosis. By creating a layer over the skin, it reduces water loss and helps maintain hydration for longer durations. Dermasoft Cream is suitable for everyday application and contributes to smooth, supple, and healthy-looking skin.

• Light Liquid Paraffin (10.2%): Light Liquid Paraffin creates a thin, protective film on the skin that helps reduce water loss. It hydrates dry skin by sealing in moisture and keeps it soft and supple. It also soothes rough and flaky areas by improving skin texture over time.
   
• White Soft Paraffin (13.2%): White Soft Paraffin acts as an occlusive agent that forms a physical barrier on the skin surface. It locks in moisture and helps relieve dryness, irritation, and roughness. It also supports healing by maintaining a hydrated skin environment.
