Depura Kids NanoDrops are used to supplement vitamin D3 levels, assisting in calcium absorption and supporting bone, joint, and muscle health. They are particularly beneficial for individuals with vitamin D deficiency or osteoporosis.

• Cholecalciferol (400 IU): Also known as Vitamin D, it is a fat-soluble vitamin that helps your body absorb calcium and phosphorus. It helps promote healthy bones and reduce the risk of bone disorders like osteoporosis. It helps in the growth and development of bones and teeth in children. Vitamin D3 boosts the immune system and provides support to the nervous system. Sufficient consumption of Vitamin D helps reduce the risk of rickets and other disorders. Vitamin D is formed in the body when the skin is exposed to sunlight. Other sources of vitamin D include animal-based products like fatty fish, beef liver, eggs and cheese and fortified dairy products such as milk, yoghurt and butter.
