Coolairmax Vapo Capsule 10 is used for supporting respiratory health. • Twist open one capsule.
• Pour the contents into a bowl of hot water.
• Lean over the bowl, cover your head with a towel, and inhale the vapours deeply for 5-10 minutes.
• Alternatively, you can add the contents to a steam inhaler for a more concentrated inhalation.
• Alternatively, cut the tip of the capsule & squeeze the contents in hot water or tissue or handkerchief. Inhale for comfort. 
• Can also be used on the pillow.
• Use as needed, up to three times a day.
