Control D Comfort Lancet is used for supporting hygienic blood sample collection by pricking. It features electro-polished needles, which might ensure a smooth finish, reduce discomfort during pricking. The lancets come with an easy twist star cap for quick handling and safety. • Hold the lancing device firmly and twist the top part counterclockwise to unlock it.
• Pull the top part upwards to remove the lancet holder from the device.
• Insert a new lancet into the lancet holder.
• Twist or pull the protective cap from the lancet to expose the needle, as shown in the inset images illustrating two methods: twist cap or pull cap.
• Reinsert the lancet holder back into the lancing device, pushing it firmly.
• The device is now ready to use for pricking. The final small illustration shows a person pressing the device against their finger.

• Clean hands before use.
