CALYST TABLET 10 is used for the prevention and management of calcium and vitamin D3 deficiency conditions. It is particularly beneficial for postmenopausal women to prevent osteoporosis and for elderly individuals or those undergoing long-term corticosteroid therapy to manage osteoporosis. This tablet also helps address conditions related to calcium malabsorption, such as hypoparathyroidism, rickets, and osteomalacia. Additionally, it provides supplemental calcium and vitamin D3 to pregnant and breastfeeding women to support both maternal and fetal bone health.

Here's how you should take CALYST TABLET 10:

• Swallow the whole tablet with a glass of water.
• It is best to take this medicine after meals, or as directed by the doctor.
• For optimal absorption, ensure you take CALYST TABLET 10 at least 2 hours before or 4-6 hours after consuming medications containing iron, zinc, or other minerals that can interfere with calcium absorption.
• Always consult your doctor before adjusting your dosage.

CALYST TABLET 10 contains two active ingredients:
