Baksons Compound #28 Otitis Tablet 100

Baksons Compound #28 Otitis Tablet is used for relieving catarrhal otitis associated with earache, purulent discharge, and consequent hardness of hearing. It is formulated with Hepar sulphuris calcareum 3x, Pulsatilla nigricans 3x, and Silicea 3x, which work together to reduce inflammation, manage ear infections, and alleviate pain and discharge. These ingredients help in managing symptoms such as whizzing, throbbing, and deafness, including those occurring after scarlet fever. The tablets also help in clearing earwax blockage and improving hearing. 

• Hepar Sulphuris Calcareum: This ingredient is known for its effectiveness in managing painful ear infections, especially those with pus discharge and sensitivity to touch or wind. It helps soothe inflammation, reduce swelling, and clear thick, foul-smelling ear discharge. It is also beneficial in cases of mastoiditis and ear conditions with whizzing or throbbing pain.
   
• Pulsatilla Nigricans: Pulsatilla is used to help manage catarrhal otitis media, characterised by swelling and redness of the outer ear. It helps reduce offensive pus discharge, itching deep inside the ears, and severe earache that worsens at night. It is particularly useful when ear symptoms are accompanied by a sensation of fullness or pressure, and helps relieve hearing difficulties caused by congestion.
   
• Silicea: Silicea helps in healing ear abscesses, boils, and crusty formations inside the ear. It is helpful for managing otorrhea (discharge from the ear) with a foul smell and perforated eardrums. This ingredient also relieves itching, shooting pain, and a sensation of blockage in the ears. It is known to support the recovery of the mastoid bone and is indicated in conditions like Meniere’s disease, where vertigo and hearing loss may occur.

• Supports Relief of Catarrhal Otitis Symptoms: This tablet helps to reduce the inflammation and irritation caused by catarrhal otitis, a common form of ear infection where the ear canal becomes swollen and painful. • For adults, take 2 tablets thrice a day or as directed by your doctor.
• For children, take 1 tablet thrice a day or as directed by your doctor.
