The mask may minimise minor swelling around the eyes, offering a soothing experience. Whether used for hot or cold compression, it helps create a comforting environment for the eyes.

• Hot Compression: This refers to the application of heat to a particular area of the body. The heat helps relax muscles, increase blood flow, and soothe discomfort.
   
• Cold Compression: This involves applying cold to a specific area. The cold helps reduce inflammation, numb pain, and prevent swelling.

• Helps Manage Dry Eyes: When used as a warm compress, the Aice Comfortz Eye Mask helps improve circulation around the eyelids, which might encourage the release of natural oils from the meibomian glands and reduce dryness.
   
• Reduces Puffiness and Swelling: Cold application may constrict the blood vessels around the eyes, which may reduce under-eye puffiness and minor swelling. 
   
• Alleviates Eye Strain: The gentle warmth from the mask may relax the muscles around the eyes, which might ease tension after long hours of environmental exposure.

• Select the correct therapy (cold or hot).
• Cold Compress: Keep the Comfort2 gel mask in the freezer for 15-20 mins before use. Or keep it in your refrigerator section and use it when required.
• Hot Compress: Boil the water and remove it from the heat source. Immerse the Comfort2 gel mask for 3 minutes, once the desired temperature level is achieved, remove the mask safely from water, and it is ready for use.

• Keep away from children.
• Do not use it if any leakage is found; dispose of it safely.
