Zenoxa 150 Tablet is used to control partial-onset seizures.

Uses of Zenoxa 150 Tablet are:

• Partial-Onset Seizures: Controls and prevents partial-onset seizures.
• Monotherapy or Add-On: Used alone or with other antiepileptic medicines.
• Seizure Reduction: Helps reduce how often seizures occur.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
• You can take it with or without food or as prescribed by the doctor.
• Try to take it at the same time each day as per the doctor's instructions for maximum benefits.
• Do not crush or chew the tablet.
• Do not stop taking this medicine or alter your dose without consulting your doctor.

Zenoxa 150 Tablet 15 contains oxcarbazepine (150 mg), which works on your body in the following ways:

• Sodium Channel Blocker: Oxcarbazepine works by blocking voltage-sensitive sodium channels in your brain. These channels are responsible for the transmission of electrical signals in your brain.
• Neural Membrane Stabiliser: By blocking these channels, oxcarbazepine stabilises the neural membranes in your brain. This means that it reduces the excessive electrical activity that can lead to seizures.
• Seizure Frequency Reducer: Oxcarbazepine inhibits repetitive neuronal firing and reduces synaptic impulse propagation, thereby controlling the spread of seizures and reducing their frequency and intensity.

• Keep Zenoxa 150 Tablet 15 in its original package to protect it from light and moisture.
• Store at room temperature.
• Do not expose the medicine to extreme heat or cold temperature.
