CompositionZenkind 200 Tablet is an antibiotic medicine used to treat various bacterial infections in adults, including infections of the respiratory tract, urinary tract, skin and soft tissues, and certain gastrointestinal and sexually transmitted infections.
It contains ofloxacin, a fluoroquinolone antibiotic. Take it as prescribed with food or on an empty stomach. Complete the full course of treatment as prescribed, even if your symptoms improve quickly, to ensure the infection is completely cleared and prevent antibiotic resistance.
Drink plenty of fluids while taking this medicine to maintain adequate hydration. Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight and artificial UV rays, and use protective clothing or sunscreen when outdoors, as this medicine can increase skin sensitivity to light.
Before taking this medicine, inform your doctor if you have a history of tendonitis or tendon rupture, kidney disease, epilepsy or seizure disorders, or heart rhythm conditions (such as QT prolongation). Report any tendon pain, swelling, fast or irregular heartbeat, or severe joint discomfort to your doctor immediately.
