It is also effective in urinary tract, skin, wound, and bone infections. Amoxicillin kills bacteria while clavulanic acid helps tackle resistant strains. Vertamox Lb 500/125 Mg/60 M Tablet 10 consists of three active ingredients:

• Amoxicillin (500 mg): This antibiotic works by stopping the growth of bacteria in your body. It does this by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis. It binds to and inactivates certain enzymes involved in the production of the bacterial cell wall. This disrupts cell wall formation, leading to the destruction and eventual death of the bacteria.
