Try Dm Tablet 10

Try Dm Tablet may interact with the following medicines:

• Other NSAIDs and aspirin (e.g., ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin): Concurrent use may increase the risk of stomach ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding and kidney problems.
• Anticoagulants and antiplatelet medicines (e.g., warfarin, apixaban, clopidogrel): Diclofenac may increase the risk of bleeding when taken with these medicines.
• Corticosteroids (e.g., prednisolone, dexamethasone): Concurrent use may increase the risk of gastrointestinal ulceration and bleeding.
• ACE inhibitors, ARBs and beta-blockers (e.g., enalapril, losartan, metoprolol): NSAIDs may reduce their blood pressure-lowering effect and may increase the risk of kidney impairment in susceptible patients.
• Diuretics (e.g., furosemide, hydrochlorothiazide): Diclofenac may reduce the diuretic effect and increase the risk of kidney problems.
• Lithium: Diclofenac may increase lithium concentrations and increase the risk of lithium toxicity.
• Methotrexate: Diclofenac may increase methotrexate exposure and toxicity, particularly when higher doses are used.
• Serotonergic medicines (e.g., sertraline, fluoxetine, duloxetine, tramadol): Metaxalone may increase the risk of serotonin syndrome when combined with medicines that increase serotonin activity.
• Central nervous system depressants (e.g., diazepam, alprazolam, opioids): Concurrent use with metaxalone may increase drowsiness, sedation and respiratory depression.

Try Dm Tablet may interact with the following diseases or conditions:

• Peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding: Diclofenac may increase the risk of gastrointestinal ulceration, bleeding and perforation.
• Heart disease: NSAIDs may increase the risk of serious cardiovascular events, including heart attack and stroke, particularly with prolonged use or in patients with cardiovascular risk factors.
• Hypertension: Diclofenac may cause fluid retention or increase blood pressure and may worsen existing hypertension.
• Asthma sensitive to aspirin or NSAIDs: Diclofenac may trigger severe bronchospasm or allergic reactions in susceptible individuals.
• Anaemia or blood disorders: Metaxalone should not be used in patients with a known tendency to drug-induced, haemolytic or other anaemias.
• Heart failure or fluid retention: Diclofenac may cause sodium and fluid retention and can worsen symptoms in susceptible patients.

Take Try Dm Tablet in the dose and for the duration prescribed by your doctor. The dose depends on the severity of pain, associated muscle spasm, medical history and response to treatment. 

Taking too much Try Dm Tablet may cause nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, gastrointestinal bleeding, dizziness, severe drowsiness, breathing difficulty, seizures, kidney impairment or loss of consciousness. Seek immediate medical attention if an overdose is suspected.

If you miss a dose, take it when you remember unless it is almost time for the next scheduled dose. If the next dose is due soon, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule. Do not take a double dose to compensate for a missed dose.
