Tripride-1 Tablet can interact with medications, including:

• Other diabetes medications like Insulin or Sulfonylureas. Combining this tablet with other antidiabetic medications, especially those that can lower blood sugar, can increase the risk of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). Dose adjustments may be necessary.
• Antibiotics such as rifampicin. The concomitant use of this tablet with antibiotics may increase blood glucose levels.
• Beta-blockers like Propranolol. Beta-blockers may mask the symptoms of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) when taken with this tablet.
• Thiazide diuretics like Hydrochlorothiazide. Thiazide diuretics may raise blood sugar levels. Dose adjustments may be needed.
• Corticosteroids like Prednisone. Corticosteroids can also elevate blood sugar levels. Adjustments in your diabetes medication may be necessary.
• Digitalis glycosides like Digoxin. Pioglitazone (a component of Tripride-1 tablet) can lead to increased levels of Digoxin in the body. Monitoring is required when used together.
• Oral contraceptives such as ethinyloestradiol and norethindrone. The concomitant use of oral contraceptives with this tablet may reduce the effect of these medications.

Tripride-1 Tablet can interact with diseases, including:

• Heart failure: This tablet may worsen heart failure. It should be avoided or used with caution in individuals with heart failure.
• Liver disease: Individuals with liver disease should use this tablet with caution as it can affect liver function. Regular monitoring is necessary.
• Bladder cancer: It has been associated with a potential increased risk of bladder cancer, although the risk is generally considered small. It may not be recommended for individuals with a history of bladder cancer.
• Bone health: It has been associated with an increased risk of bone fractures, especially in women. It may not be suitable for individuals at high risk of fractures.

Take the daily dose of Tripride-1 Tablet as prescribed by your doctor. The dosage may change based on individual factors such as the severity of the condition and response to treatment. It is essential to follow the prescribed dosage and not exceed it without consulting your doctor.

If you accidentally take more than the recommended dose, seek immediate medical attention from your doctor. Common symptoms of overdose may include hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) and gastrointestinal disturbances. To combat hypoglycemia, eat or drink a fast-acting source of sugar (fruit juice, hard candy, crackers, raisins). Seek medical attention if hypoglycemia persists. 

If you miss the dose of Tripride-1 tablet, take it as soon as you remember. If your next dose is approaching, skip the missed one and carry on with your regular dosing regimen. Never take two doses to make up for a missing one.
