Topcal M Tablet 10 can be used for the following:

• Managing calcium deficiency and related conditions

• Prevention and management of osteoporosis

• Addressing conditions like osteomalacia and rickets

• Managing hypoparathyroidism

• Managing latent tetany

• Supporting growth, development, and maintenance of healthy bones and teeth

• Assisting in metabolism, immunity, protein synthesis, and cell signalling through magnesium and zinc

• Enhancing calcium absorption from the gut through vitamin D3

• Swallow the whole tablet with a glass of water.

• Do not crush, break, or chew the tablet.

• This medicine is typically taken with food, which helps minimise stomach irritation and improves nutrient absorption.

• Always follow your doctor's instructions on dosage and duration of use.

• To prevent possible interactions, ensure you keep a gap of at least 2 hours between taking this medicine and any other medication.

Topcal M Tablet 10 contains four active ingredients:

• Calcium citrate (1000 mg): This component releases calcium ions in your gut that are absorbed into your body. Calcium plays vital roles like skeletal mineralisation, muscle contraction, nerve impulse transmission, and blood clotting.

• Elemental Magnesium (100 mg): This ingredient provides magnesium, which acts as a helper molecule for enzymes involved in energy production, glycolysis, RNA and DNA synthesis.

• Elemental Zinc (4 mg): This releases zinc into your body, which is needed for cell growth, differentiation, DNA synthesis, immunity, and sensory functions like taste and smell. Zinc also supports skin integrity, wound healing, and bone metabolism.
