Tivision Eye Drops 10Ml

TIVISION EYE DROPS 10ML is prescribed for:

• Anaesthetising the eye prior to minor surgical procedures
• Numbing the eye during diagnostic ophthalmic procedures
• Short-term relief of ocular pain or irritation under medical supervision

• Wash your hands thoroughly before application.
• Tilt the head back and gently pull down the lower eyelid.
• Instil the prescribed number of drops into the affected eyes.
• Keep the eye closed gently for a few minutes.
• Avoid touching the dropper tip to any surface.
• If using additional ophthalmic preparations, maintain an interval of at least 5 minutes between applications.
• Remove contact lenses before use and reinsert them only after medical advice.

TIVISION EYE DROPS 10ML is intended for ophthalmic use only.

TIVISION EYE DROPS 10ML contains the following components:

• Camphor (0.0025%): It acts as a mild counter-irritant that produces a cooling sensation, contributing to symptomatic comfort.
• Lidocaine / Lignocaine (0.2%): It is a local anaesthetic that blocks voltage-gated sodium channels in nerve membranes, preventing transmission of pain signals and producing temporary numbness of the ocular surface.
• Menthol (0.0025%): It activates cold-sensitive receptors, creating a soothing cooling effect and reducing discomfort.
• Methyl Hydroxybenzoate (0.023%): It is a preservative used to prevent microbial contamination of the solution.
• Sodium Propylparaben (0.011%): It is a preservative that enhances product stability and protects against bacterial or fungal growth.

• Store between 2°C and 25°C.
• Protect from light and moisture.
• Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use.
• Discard as per manufacturer’s instructions after opening.
• Keep out of reach of children.

• Avoid rubbing the eyes, particularly after administration, when sensation is reduced.
• Maintain good ocular hygiene.
• Limit prolonged screen exposure to reduce eye strain.
• Stay hydrated to support tear film stability.
