Chlorthalidone (12.5 Mg) + Telmisartan (20 Mg)

Telvok Ch 20/12.5 MG Tablet 10 is primarily used for managing high blood pressure (hypertension) in adults. It is a combination medicine that belongs to the class of antihypertensive medications.

In addition to treating hypertension, this medicine may also help reduce the risk of cardiovascular events such as heart attack, stroke, and death in patients who are 55 years or older and at high risk of developing major cardiovascular problems. It is particularly useful when a single medicine has not been effective in controlling blood pressure adequately.

Pregnancy

Breastfeeding
