CompositionTelispa Am Tablet 10 is used to manage high blood pressure in adults whose blood pressure is not controlled well enough by a single medicine, lowering the long-term risk of heart attack, stroke and kidney damage.
It contains telmisartan, an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB), and amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker. Together they relax and widen the blood vessels so blood flows more easily.
Take it at the same time each day, and continue it even when you feel well.
Do not use it in pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Tell your doctor about any kidney or liver problems or low blood pressure before use. Report ankle swelling or marked dizziness, and your kidney function may be checked.
