Sujal Syrup 170 ML

Sujal Syrup is used for promoting urinary alkalinisation and supporting urinary tract health. It is formulated with Potassium Citrate and Citric Acid. Potassium citrate helps manage and dissolve certain types of kidney stones by alkalinising the urine, while citric acid helps maintain the urine’s pH balance, reducing the risk of stone formation. This combination may also be used as adjunct therapy in urinary tract infections.

• Potassium Citrate (1100 mg per 5 ml): This is the primary active ingredient that helps make urine less acidic. By alkalinising the urine, it reduces the formation of uric acid and cystine kidney stones, supports electrolyte balance, and promotes proper kidney function. It also works alongside other medications for gout to help manage urate crystallisation in acidic urine.
   
• Citric Acid (334 mg per 5 ml): Citric acid helps maintain an optimal pH level in the urine. It enhances the effect of potassium citrate, helping in dissolving existing stones and reducing the risk of new ones from forming.

• Helps Dissolve Kidney Stones: Sujal Syrup works to alkalinise urine, making it less acidic, which reduces the formation of uric acid and cystine stones. It helps in dissolving existing stones over time, lowering the risk of painful stone episodes and promoting smoother urinary flow.
   
• For Urinary Alkalinisation: By balancing the pH of urine, this syrup helps maintain a healthy environment in the urinary tract. This reduces irritation, supports kidney function, and can reduce the risk of complications like recurrent infections or stone formation.
