• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Do not chew, crush, or open the tablet.
• It's vital to take this medicine at the same time each day to ensure its effectiveness.
• Do not stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor first.

Stator Am 5/10 MG Tablet 10 is taken orally.

Stator Am 5/10 MG Tablet 10 contains two active ingredients:

• Amlodipine (5 mg): Amlodipine works by blocking calcium ions from entering the smooth muscle of blood vessels and the heart. This relaxation of the blood vessels reduces peripheral vascular resistance, leading to lower blood pressure.
• Atorvastatin (10 mg): Atorvastatin inhibits HMG-CoA reductase, an enzyme responsible for converting HMG-CoA to mevalonate, a key step in cholesterol synthesis. This primarily occurs in the liver, reducing LDL cholesterol and total cholesterol levels, making it effective for managing hypercholesterolemia.
