SILOSURE SF TABLET 10 may interact with the following medicines:

• Antihypertensive medicines (e.g., amlodipine, losartan): Concurrent use may increase the risk of dizziness, low blood pressure, or fainting in some individuals. Blood pressure monitoring may be required during treatment.
• Antifungal medicines (e.g., ketoconazole, itraconazole): These medicines may increase silodosin or solifenacin levels in the body and increase the risk of side effects such as dizziness, constipation, or urinary retention. Monitoring may be advised during combined use.
• Antibiotic medicines (e.g., clarithromycin, erythromycin): Concurrent use may increase medicine levels and increase the risk of adverse effects. Careful monitoring may be required during treatment.
• Anticholinergic medicines (e.g., atropine, oxybutynin): Taking these medicines together may increase the risk of dry mouth, constipation, blurred vision, or urinary retention.
• Medicines used for erectile dysfunction (e.g., sildenafil, tadalafil): Combined use may increase the risk of dizziness or low blood pressure in some individuals.

• Grapefruit or grapefruit juice: Grapefruit may increase SILOSURE SF TABLET 10 levels in the body and increase the risk of side effects such as dizziness, blurred vision, dry mouth, constipation, low blood pressure, or difficulty in urination. It is advisable to avoid or limit grapefruit products during treatment unless advised otherwise by your doctor.

SILOSURE SF TABLET 10 should be used with caution if you have:

• Urinary retention: Patients who already have difficulty emptying the bladder or have a history of urinary retention should use SILOSURE SF TABLET 10 carefully, as the medicine may further reduce bladder contractions and make urination more difficult. In severe cases, this may increase the risk of complete inability to pass urine and may require urgent medical attention.
• Narrow-angle glaucoma: This medicine may increase intraocular pressure and worsen glaucoma symptoms. Regular eye check-ups and prompt reporting of eye pain or vision changes are recommended. 
• Low blood pressure: This medicine may further lower blood pressure, increasing the likelihood of dizziness, weakness, fainting, or falls, particularly when standing up suddenly from a sitting or lying position.
• Severe constipation or gastrointestinal obstruction: This medicine can slow bowel movements and may worsen existing constipation, intestinal blockage, or reduced gut motility. Maintain adequate hydration and inform your doctor about persistent constipation to reduce complications.

Overdose of SILOSURE SF TABLET 10 may increase the risk of severe dizziness, fainting, fast heartbeat, urinary retention, blurred vision, constipation, or confusion. Seek immediate medical attention if overdose is suspected.

If you miss a dose of SILOSURE SF TABLET 10, take it as soon as you remember. If it is nearly time for the next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. Do not take extra doses to compensate for the missed dose.
