• Clean your hands thoroughly with soap and water or sanitiser before handling the kit.
• Insert the swab 2–3 cm into one nostril and rotate it in a circular motion 4–5 times.
• Repeat in the other nostril using the same swab.
• Insert the swab into the buffer tube.
• Stir it inside the liquid for 15 seconds while pressing the swab against the inner wall.
• Squeeze the tube to remove excess liquid from the swab and discard the swab.
• Close the buffer tube with the dropper tip.
• Add 3 drops of the liquid into the sample well (S) on the test device.
• Wait 15–20 minutes for results to appear.
