Richgaba Tablet 15  is used to treat neuropathic pain caused by conditions like diabetic neuropathy, spinal cord injuries, and post-herpetic neuralgia. It also helps manage fibromyalgia symptoms such as muscle pain, fatigue, and sleep problems by calming damaged nerves and supporting nerve health.

Richgaba Tablet 15 consists of two active ingredients:

• Pregabalin (75 mg): This ingredient doesn't directly attach itself to GABA receptors, despite being structurally similar to the neurotransmitter GABA. Instead, it controls calcium channel activity in the body, reducing the release of several excitatory neurotransmitters such as glutamate and noradrenaline.
