Olox 200 Tablet is used to treat bacterial infections of the respiratory tract, urinary tract, skin and soft tissues, and certain sexually transmitted and gastrointestinal infections in adults, helping clear the infection and relieve related symptoms.

It contains ofloxacin, a fluoroquinolone antibiotic. Take it as prescribed and complete the full course, even if you start feeling better before it is finished. Drink plenty of water while taking this medicine.

Avoiding excessive sunlight and using sun protection is advisable, as fluoroquinolones can increase the skin's sensitivity to sunlight.

Tell your doctor about any history of epilepsy, tendon problems, kidney problems or QT prolongation before starting, and about other medicines you take. Report any tendon pain or swelling, a fast or irregular heartbeat, or a severe skin reaction promptly.

Olox 200 Tablet is used in adults to treat a range of bacterial infections, helping clear the infection and relieve associated symptoms such as pain and discomfort.

Uses of Olox 200 Tablet are:

Respiratory Infections: Treats bacterial infections of the lungs and throat.
Urinary Tract Infections: Treats bacterial infections of the urinary system.
Skin and Other Infections: Treats skin, and certain sexually transmitted and gastrointestinal bacterial infections.

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew it.
You can take this medicine with or without food.
Taking the tablet at evenly spaced intervals, preferably at the same times each day is important.
Even if your symptoms improve, ensure you complete the full course of medication as prescribed by your doctor. Failing to do so may lead to a relapse of the infection or the development of bacterial resistance.
