Nuroclad Gb Tablet 10 is used for the following:

• Managing postherpetic neuralgia - pain that lingers after a shingles rash has cleared.
• Controlling diabetic peripheral neuropathy - nerve damage caused by high blood sugar levels.
• Easing the pain from trigeminal neuralgia and glossopharyngeal neuralgia.
• Providing relief from other neuropathic pain conditions such as post-surgical chronic pain.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Avoid crushing or chewing the tablet.
• The medicine can be taken with or without food. Having it with meals might help reduce potential side effects.
• Do not take more than the recommended dose without consulting your doctor.
• It's important not to stop taking this medicine without speaking to your doctor.

Nuroclad Gb Tablet 10 contains two active ingredients:

• Methylcobalamin (0.5 mg): This is an activated form of vitamin B12 that plays an important role in nerve health. It promotes protein synthesis leading to regeneration and repair of damaged nerves. • Gabapentin (300 mg): This component works by binding to certain parts of your nerve cells, known as voltage-gated calcium channels. By doing so, gabapentin effectively reduces abnormal excitement in the brain that leads to neuropathic pain.
